Les présentes conditions générales de vente (CGV) régissent la souscription et l'utilisation des abonnements et services numériques proposés sous la marque Coach DM via coachdm.be. Elles s'appliquent à tout consommateur au sens du Code de droit économique belge. En souscrivant, tu déclares les avoir lues et acceptées.

Ces CGV encadrent la vente à distance d'abonnements donnant accès à l'application Coach DM et à ses services. Elles priment sur toute autre condition. Elles peuvent être mises à jour ; la version applicable est celle en vigueur au moment de la commande.
Selon l'abonnement choisi, l'accès peut inclure : nutrition et macros sur-mesure, séances et programmes, Coach IA, photo-calories, les analyses vidéo IA (squat, saut, barre, course), la réservation de cours et, pour les coachs, une console de gestion de clients, messagerie et appels vidéo.
Les services sont fournis en ligne, sous forme de contenu numérique, avec accès activé immédiatement après paiement. Les fonctionnalités peuvent évoluer.
Les prix sont indiqués en euros, toutes taxes comprises, sur coachdm.be/tarifs.html. Le vendeur n'est pas assujetti à la TVA : la TVA n'est pas applicable et ne figure pas sur les factures.
Les offres « fondateur » garantissent le tarif indiqué tant que l'abonnement reste actif sans interruption ; en cas d'annulation, un nouvel abonnement se fait au tarif public en vigueur.
La souscription nécessite un compte. Le contrat est conclu lorsque le paiement est confirmé. Un e-mail de confirmation et la facture sont alors disponibles. Tu es responsable de l'exactitude des informations fournies.
Les paiements sont traités de manière sécurisée par notre prestataire Stripe (carte bancaire, Apple Pay, etc.). Coach DM ne conserve pas tes données de carte.
Les abonnements sont récurrents : le montant est prélevé automatiquement à chaque échéance (mensuelle ou annuelle) jusqu'à résiliation.
Achats effectués dans l’application iOS. Si tu souscris depuis l’app iOS, la transaction est réalisée par Apple via l’App Store : le montant est débité sur ton compte Apple à la confirmation de l’achat, puis à chaque échéance. Le renouvellement est automatique sauf désactivation au moins 24 heures avant la fin de la période en cours. La gestion et la résiliation se font alors depuis les réglages de ton compte Apple, et non depuis le portail client. Les remboursements relèvent dans ce cas de la politique d’Apple.
L'abonnement est reconduit automatiquement à la fin de chaque période. Tu peux le résilier à tout moment, sans frais, depuis l'espace de gestion (portail client Stripe). La résiliation prend effet à la fin de la période en cours déjà payée ; l'accès reste actif jusque-là. Aucun remboursement au prorata de la période entamée, sauf droit impératif contraire.
Pour un contrat à distance, le consommateur dispose en principe d'un délai de rétractation de 14 jours.
Nos services étant un contenu numérique fourni immédiatement, au moment du paiement tu demandes expressément leur exécution immédiate et tu reconnais perdre ton droit de rétractation dès l'ouverture de ton accès premium, conformément à l'art. VI.53 du Code de droit économique. Cet accord exprès est recueilli via une case à cocher lors du paiement.
Sans cette demande expresse d'exécution immédiate, le délai de rétractation de 14 jours reste applicable, exerçable par simple message à l'adresse de contact.
Compte tenu de la renonciation ci-dessus, aucun remboursement n'est dû après l'ouverture de l'accès premium (art. VI.47 CDE). En cas de problème technique imputable au service ou de facturation erronée, contacte-nous : une solution ou un remboursement approprié sera recherché de bonne foi.
Le contenu numérique est fourni conformément à sa description. La garantie légale de conformité prévue par le Code de droit économique s'applique. En cas de défaut de conformité, contacte l'adresse ci-dessus.
Coach DM fournit des informations et outils de sport et de nutrition ; ils ne constituent pas un avis médical et ne remplacent pas une consultation. Demande l'avis d'un médecin avant d'entamer un programme, surtout en cas de condition particulière. Tu utilises les contenus sous ta responsabilité, dans les limites autorisées par la loi.
Reasfit (Vilvoorde) est un partenaire ; Coach DM n'en est pas le propriétaire.
Le traitement de tes données est décrit dans notre politique de confidentialité, conforme au RGPD.
Les présentes CGV sont soumises au droit belge. En cas de litige, contacte-nous d'abord afin de trouver une solution amiable.
À défaut d'accord, tu peux saisir le Service de médiation pour le consommateur (Belgique) : mediationconsommateur.be, ou le SPF Économie : economie.fgov.be. La plateforme européenne de règlement en ligne des litiges (ODR) a été supprimée depuis le 20 juillet 2025. Les tribunaux belges sont compétents.

These Terms of Sale govern the purchase and use of the subscriptions and digital services offered under the Coach DM brand via coachdm.be. They apply to any consumer within the meaning of the Belgian Code of Economic Law. By subscribing, you confirm you have read and accepted them.

These Terms govern the distance sale of subscriptions giving access to the Coach DM app and its services. They prevail over any other terms. They may be updated; the applicable version is the one in force at the time of your order.
Depending on the plan, access may include: tailored nutrition and macros, workouts and programs, AI Coach, photo-calories, the AI video analyses (squat, jump, barbell, run), class booking and, for coaches, a client-management console, messaging and video calls.
Services are delivered online as digital content, with access activated immediately after payment. Features may change over time.
Prices are shown in euros, all taxes included, on coachdm.be/tarifs.html. The seller is not subject to VAT: VAT is not applicable and does not appear on invoices.
"Founder" offers guarantee the stated price for as long as the subscription stays active without interruption; after a cancellation, a new subscription is at the current standard price.
Subscription requires an account. The contract is formed once payment is confirmed. A confirmation e-mail and the invoice are then available. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide.
Payments are processed securely by our provider Stripe (card, Apple Pay, etc.). Coach DM does not store your card details.
Subscriptions are recurring: the amount is charged automatically at each renewal (monthly or yearly) until cancellation.
Purchases made in the iOS app. If you subscribe from the iOS app, the transaction is processed by Apple through the App Store: your Apple account is charged upon purchase confirmation and at each renewal. Renewal is automatic unless turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Management and cancellation are then handled in your Apple account settings, not in the customer portal. Refunds in that case fall under Apple’s policy.
The subscription renews automatically at the end of each period. You may cancel at any time, free of charge, from the management area (Stripe customer portal). Cancellation takes effect at the end of the period already paid for; access remains active until then. No pro-rata refund for the period started, unless a mandatory right provides otherwise.
For a distance contract, the consumer normally has a 14-day right of withdrawal.
As our services are digital content supplied immediately, at the time of payment you expressly request immediate performance and acknowledge that you lose your right of withdrawal as soon as your premium access opens, under art. VI.53 of the Belgian Code of Economic Law. This express consent is collected via a checkbox during payment.
Without this express request for immediate performance, the 14-day withdrawal period applies and can be exercised by a simple message to the contact address.
Given the waiver above, no refund is due once premium access has opened (art. VI.47). In case of a technical problem attributable to the service or of incorrect billing, contact us: a fair solution or refund will be sought in good faith.
The digital content is provided in accordance with its description. The legal guarantee of conformity under the Belgian Code of Economic Law applies. In the event of a lack of conformity, contact the address above.
Coach DM provides fitness and nutrition information and tools; these are not medical advice and do not replace a consultation. Seek a doctor's advice before starting a program, especially with any particular condition. You use the content under your own responsibility, within the limits permitted by law.
Reasfit (Vilvoorde) is a partner; Coach DM does not own it.
The processing of your data is described in our privacy policy, compliant with the GDPR.
These Terms are governed by Belgian law. In case of a dispute, please contact us first to seek an amicable solution.
Failing agreement, you may contact the Consumer Mediation Service (Belgium): mediationconsommateur.be, or the FPS Economy: economie.fgov.be. The European Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform was discontinued on 20 July 2025. The Belgian courts have jurisdiction.

Deze algemene verkoopvoorwaarden regelen het afsluiten en gebruik van de abonnementen en digitale diensten die onder het merk Coach DM via coachdm.be worden aangeboden. Ze gelden voor elke consument in de zin van het Belgische Wetboek van economisch recht. Door je te abonneren, bevestig je dat je ze hebt gelezen en aanvaard.

Deze voorwaarden regelen de verkoop op afstand van abonnementen die toegang geven tot de Coach DM-app en de bijbehorende diensten. Ze primeren op alle andere voorwaarden. Ze kunnen worden bijgewerkt; de toepasselijke versie is die welke van kracht is op het ogenblik van je bestelling.
Afhankelijk van het gekozen abonnement kan de toegang omvatten: voeding en macro's op maat, trainingen en programma's, AI-coach, foto-calorieën, de AI-video-analyses (squat, sprong, barbell, hardlopen), het reserveren van lessen en, voor coaches, een console voor klantenbeheer, berichten en videogesprekken.
De diensten worden online geleverd als digitale inhoud, met toegang die onmiddellijk na betaling wordt geactiveerd. Functies kunnen evolueren.
De prijzen worden in euro, inclusief alle taksen, weergegeven op coachdm.be/tarifs.html. De verkoper is niet btw-plichtig: btw is niet van toepassing en staat niet op de facturen.
De "oprichters"-aanbiedingen garanderen het vermelde tarief zolang het abonnement zonder onderbreking actief blijft; na een annulering geldt voor een nieuw abonnement het geldende standaardtarief.
Voor een abonnement is een account vereist. De overeenkomst komt tot stand zodra de betaling is bevestigd. Een bevestigingsmail en de factuur zijn dan beschikbaar. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor de juistheid van de verstrekte gegevens.
Betalingen worden veilig verwerkt door onze dienstverlener Stripe (bankkaart, Apple Pay, enz.). Coach DM bewaart je kaartgegevens niet.
Abonnementen zijn terugkerend: het bedrag wordt automatisch bij elke vervaldag (maandelijks of jaarlijks) afgeschreven tot opzegging.
Aankopen in de iOS-app. Als je je abonneert via de iOS-app, wordt de transactie door Apple via de App Store afgehandeld: je Apple-account wordt gedebiteerd bij de aankoopbevestiging en bij elke verlenging. De verlenging is automatisch, tenzij je ze minstens 24 uur voor het einde van de lopende periode uitschakelt. Beheer en opzegging gebeuren dan in de instellingen van je Apple-account, niet via het klantenportaal. Terugbetalingen vallen in dat geval onder het beleid van Apple.
Het abonnement wordt aan het einde van elke periode automatisch verlengd. Je kan het op elk moment kosteloos opzeggen via het beheergedeelte (Stripe-klantenportaal). De opzegging gaat in aan het einde van de reeds betaalde periode; de toegang blijft tot dan actief. Geen terugbetaling naar rato van de begonnen periode, tenzij een dwingend recht anders bepaalt.
Bij een overeenkomst op afstand beschikt de consument in principe over een herroepingstermijn van 14 dagen.
Aangezien onze diensten onmiddellijk geleverde digitale inhoud zijn, vraag je op het ogenblik van betaling uitdrukkelijk de onmiddellijke uitvoering en erken je dat je je herroepingsrecht verliest zodra je premium-toegang wordt geopend, overeenkomstig art. VI.53 van het Wetboek van economisch recht. Deze uitdrukkelijke toestemming wordt via een aankruisvakje tijdens de betaling verzameld.
Zonder dit uitdrukkelijke verzoek om onmiddellijke uitvoering blijft de herroepingstermijn van 14 dagen van toepassing, uit te oefenen via een eenvoudig bericht naar het contactadres.
Gelet op de bovenstaande afstand is na de opening van de premium-toegang geen terugbetaling verschuldigd (art. VI.47). Bij een technisch probleem dat aan de dienst te wijten is of bij een foutieve facturatie, neem contact met ons op: er wordt te goeder trouw naar een gepaste oplossing of terugbetaling gezocht.
De digitale inhoud wordt geleverd overeenkomstig de beschrijving ervan. De wettelijke garantie van conformiteit uit het Wetboek van economisch recht is van toepassing. Bij een gebrek aan conformiteit, neem contact op met het bovenstaande adres.
Coach DM biedt informatie en hulpmiddelen op het gebied van sport en voeding; deze vormen geen medisch advies en vervangen geen consultatie. Vraag het advies van een arts voor je aan een programma begint, zeker bij een bijzondere aandoening. Je gebruikt de inhoud onder je eigen verantwoordelijkheid, binnen de wettelijke grenzen.

De verwerking van je gegevens wordt beschreven in ons privacybeleid, conform de AVG (GDPR).
Deze voorwaarden zijn onderworpen aan het Belgische recht. Neem bij een geschil eerst contact met ons op om een minnelijke oplossing te zoeken.
Bij gebrek aan akkoord kan je je wenden tot de Consumentenombudsdienst (België): mediationconsommateur.be, of de FOD Economie: economie.fgov.be. Het Europese platform voor onlinegeschillenbeslechting (ODR) is sinds 20 juli 2025 stopgezet. De Belgische rechtbanken zijn bevoegd.
Coach DM kan deze voorwaarden wijzigen; de versie die van kracht is op het ogenblik van je bestelling geldt. Vragen: contact@coachdm.be.
